Wyrd is the first leadership offering of the Enodia School & she is arriving in perfect rythym with the global shift in consciousness that is afoot. Wyrd is the craft of weaving with fate, it’s very definition means “to become”.
This is a six-month incubation for five visionary women who understand that the self-work we do across the close of this year will shape the quality of our life, our channel and our relational field as we cross into the Sleeping Phoenix in 2027.
Why wyrd now?
This offering came to me in a flash of knowing, one of the purest transmissions I have ever received. In the moment it landed, I understood that, in its first opening, it is designed to support and guide women who understand that we are moving through a profound shift in reality as we move towards 2027. The quality of presence we bring to this threshold has both personal and collective implications.
We are living in a time of prophecy, where there is an opening of two paths. The Hopi speak of a great river that will carry us, and that the only way to navigate it is to let go of the riverbank, move into the current, surrender to the tide, and notice who is beside you as you go. Within Human Design, we understand that we are living through the final moments of a collective template that has been in place since 1615, a template that is often associated with the period encompassing the European witch hunts and the beginning of the Industrial Revolution.
As women, we each carry our own constellation of deep imprints that reflect this dying paradigm: the subtle ways anxiety sits just beneath the surface, the industrialisation of our bodies, and the final fragments of ways of being that are no longer resonant with who we truly are. Yet here we stand at the leading edge of an entirely new paradigm. Indigenous wisdom keepers across the world continue to remind us that we are, indeed, standing at the threshold of a great shift.
WYRD, as with much of my work, begins with a question: how might we lean into the wisdom of our own European traditions for guidance? And how might we consciously prepare ourselves to meet this new moment with greater clarity, coherence and devotion?
WYRD exists to cultivate the frequency required for what is emerging. It gathers a small weave of visionary women committed to refining perception, deepening coherence, and preparing to meet this threshold with true energetic mastery.

Rooted in mysticism, oracular consciousness and embodied practice, WYRD is an exploration of frequency as lived experience.
Together we ask what becomes possible when a woman is no longer organised around inherited imprints, but around truth. When her body becomes an instrument of discernment. When her leadership arises through presence. When her work becomes a natural expression of coherence.
If you have found your way here, I imagine this is not the beginning of your becoming.
Years of devotion have already walked you to this threshold. You have questioned inherited identities, cultivated self-awareness and built a life that increasingly reflects your deepest values. You know yourself well. You have language for your patterns. You have already done so much of the work.
The obvious distortions have long since fallen away. What remains is more intricate. It lives within your gifts. It quietly shapes the way you lead, the way you love, the way you create and the way you perceive. It is woven so intimately into what is true that distinguishing one from the other requires a quality of attention that only time can cultivate.
This is the terrain of WYRD.
A six-month process devoted to cultivating the inner musculature required for a new paradigm of leadership: energetic literacy, intuitive sharpness, somatic honesty and the capacity to lead from a place deeply rooted in your organic self, your original blueprint.
Over years of guiding women through profound transformation, I have come to recognise four places where these subtle patterns most often reveal themselves: our intimate relationships, our work, our body and our seership.
For some women, one of these landscapes becomes the primary threshold we enter in Wyrd, the place where the remaining imprints have quietly gathered and where the deepest shifts begin. For others, the pattern is woven delicately through every aspect of life. There is no hierarchy in this. We are not organised in fragments. As one thread is released, the entire weave begins to change.
What are Wyrding women?
The wyrding woman is a pattern reader and creatrix at her core.
She understands that beneath every visible event exists an invisible architecture. That relationships move in cycles. That cultures carry myths. That bodies remember what minds forget. That every life is continually weaving itself through countless moments of choice, attention and devotion.
Mysticism has always been concerned with this way of seeing. Across traditions, the mystic is one who learns to perceive beneath what is mundane. Whether through contemplation, wilderness, ritual, dreams, silence or direct revelation, she develops the capacity to encounter reality not only through intellect but through participation. She no longer relates to the world as a collection of separate objects but as an interconnected field of meaning. The wyrding woman lives from this orientation.
The wyrding women sit at the centre of several ancient streams. Wyrd in Old English derives from weorþan, to become, to turn, to come to pass, and it names something closer to the knowing that what-is unfolds out of what-has-been. In the Anglo-Saxon poetry (Beowulf, The Wanderer) Wyrd is understood as the most powerful force in the cosmos, older than the gods themselves: "Wyrd bið ful aræd," Wyrd is not simply "destiny." It is the unfolding order of becoming the way consequences, character, circumstance and mystery continually weave together.
The dominant metaphor across the Germanic world is fate as thread, spun, measured, woven into a web. So a wyrding woman is one who works with the weave rather than being merely caught in it.
In the Norse mythos, wyrd is titled Urðr, personified as the eldest of the three Norns who sit at the well beneath the World Tree: Urðr (what has become), Verðandi (what is becoming), Skuld (what shall be, or what is owed). They water the world tree, carve the fates of newborns, and even the gods are subject to their weaving. This is the clearest surviving image of the archetype: women at the root of the world, tending to the becoming of life itself.
The threshold of 2027
For four centuries, humanity has lived inside a frequency Human Design calls the Cross of Planning: an era in which external institution and productivity drove human culture, held us, and shaped how we formed ourselves in response. During this time we saw midwifery move out of the hands of women, into a male dominated field of medicine. We saw humanity move from natural cycles into the time of industry, and pouring our life force into the system, we witnessed the eradication of the feminine ways to make room for the dominance of external hierarchical systems of education and medicine. Increasingly, human life became organised around external structures rather than the intelligence of the living world. Productivity came to replace participation. Efficiency displaced rhythm. Time became measured by clocks rather than seasons, and value became increasingly defined by output rather than presence.
This same period witnessed the widespread persecution of women who held traditional roles as healers, midwives and keepers of folk knowledge. Across Europe, many forms of feminine wisdom that had been cultivated through relationship with land, body and community were marginalised as institutional systems of medicine, education and authority expanded. The story is neither simple nor singular, yet it marks a profound cultural reorganisation in how knowledge itself came to be understood.
The consequence has been far more than historical. Generation by generation, we have inherited ways of living that reward production over perception, certainty over mystery and external authority over embodied knowing. We have become increasingly organised around systems designed for efficiency, often at the expense of our relationship with intuition, imagination, nature and the deeper rhythms of becoming.
In 2027, the cycle ends. The Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix arrives, and the very foundations we have built society upon begin to metamorphose into a new template of design, at every level. What comes next will be stewarded by the being who can run on her own inner authority.
Nearly every conditioning installed in us was learned inside the old cross, and it will not survive the crossing. A woman still running those strategies will feel the shift as ground disappearing. A woman who has cleared them will feel it as ground arriving.
I ask myself one question:
What would a wyrding woman do to prepare, knowing the threads of fate are about to cross?

The online group field
Something particular happens when the field is made entirely of women sitting at a similar level of consciousness. The small nature of this container is one of immense intimacy and precision.
Most of us have spent our lives as the only one of our kind in the room: the seer among the busy, adjusting our frequency to fields that could not read us. In the quality of field we are anchoring, that adjustment ends. Every aura present is focused, witnessing, moving in deep presence. Everyone sees. Everyone is seen. Recognition is simply the ambient condition of the room.
In this field, each gathering becomes a live transmission inside a web of mutual perception: five women whose seeing sharpens one another's, where a single insight spoken lands in five systems at once.
This is where the framework is transmitted and the de-conditioning is witnessed. Among the symbolic maps we will work with is Human Design, alongside mysticism, contemplative practice, oracular traditions, nervous system science and embodied inquiry.

Mentorship
Three private sessions with me, and a full mechanics reading with a Human Design expert
The web holds the collective work. This is where the work becomes yours alone.
Three times across our six months, we sit together, one to one. These sessions are not coaching in any conventional sense: they are the focused application of my seeing to your field, at the depth only privacy allows. The imprints we track will be yours specifically, in the domain where they have concentrated, at the pace your system asks for. This is the most penetrating work of the incubator, and it is shaped entirely around the architecture of your design.
And so that we are working from the deepest possible map of that architecture, your journey includes a private mechanics reading with a Human Design expert: a full reading of your chart in its technical precision. I attend alongside you, taking notes, so that everything revealed there flows directly into our work together. A central importance in this work is supporting you into intimate awareness of your authority centre.
Here exquisite attention is applied.

Soma code frequency
Frequency architecture, applied through tracking, seership and the body
This is my own method: frequency architecture, applied through three instruments working as one. Tracking, the precise following of a pattern through the field to where it is held. Seership, the perception that reads what the pattern is and what it is doing. And the body, where the frequency is met, worked and released. Understanding somatic’s as architecture: locating the imprint, reading its structure, and rebuilding the frequency beneath it.
Across the six months, you will learn to track the field with ever-greater acuity, and to deepen your relationship with your own inner authority. These are not techniques borrowed for the container; they are capacities that become yours. They will travel with you into your work, your leadership and every field you hold.

The Wyrd Retreat: Joshua Tree
Each woman has a private luxury bedroom, and we are staying inside 2 acres of private desert. You each receive a private bodywork session, sound bath and delicious home cooked meals, local, seasonal produce. Deep ceremonial workings and energetic process fit for a Queen.

You might be wondering how Wyrding women and a desert on the far side of California are connected. I could tell you stories of the movement of people, but those are not the essence of why this place has called us. The desert is my power point, most people imagine it is the forest or a wide open Irish mountain top, but the place I draw most clarity and the highest level of transmission is in the desert. It was during my first visit to the Karoo desert in South Africa in 2012 that had a very genuine Kundalini awakening, it was also in that desert that I met and fell in love with my husband, and it is a place I have held numerous rites of passage and ceremonial works over the last 8 years. With women traveling to sit with me in South Africa from all across the globe.
When I received Wyrd, I knew it was Joshua Tree, I knew it innately in one flash of a vision. I take the process of stepping onto indigenous lands very seriously & with a lot of care. The sense of openness and expansiveness that this body of place is already sharing with me is exquisite, and I know in my bones we are welcomed. I also trust that the deep visionary work that will be held for each woman here, is part of something wider.
The intention here is to honour the way seers come together in times of great change and vision for the wider prayer of beauty and humanity.
This immersion will include a Visionary Medicine ceremony held in the nestled Rocks of our home, here we work with the visioning space to receive teaching and to honour the passing of the thread into a new way.

As the nervous system settles and old patterns soften, there is often greater receptivity, deeper presence and an increased capacity to meet another without abandoning oneself. Relationships begin responding to who you are becoming rather than who you have learned to be.
None of these are techniques to master.
They are the natural consequences of becoming increasingly organised around truth rather than conditioning.

Hello love,
When I think about why I feel so called to welcome you into WYRD, I realise it is because this offering is simply the natural expression of the life I have consciously devoted myself to building over the past decade. I became the founder of a multi-six-figure company not by forcing myself to succeed inside systems that were never designed for me, but by learning to trust my own design.
Over the years I have watched programmes and retreats fill with remarkable ease. Oracle of the Rose sold out within forty-eight hours from two Instagram posts and a single email. Muse reached capacity within a week, eventually expanding beyond its original places. Both my Alba Rose immersion and the 2027 Path of Swan Medicine retreat filled entirely from within my existing community, without a public launch. This is the kind of frequency bandwidth I envision for the women of Wyrd, in their own unique way.
The most remarkable part is that all of this has unfolded while I have been consciously releasing ways of working, being and relating that no longer belong to the next chapter of my life. Calling back time, space and deep rest as I go.
For years, internationally renowned business coaches have asked me how I create this level of movement with such apparent ease. I have wanted to find language for it for a long time because the answer has never been simply strategy. It has never been simply marketing. It has been coherence. It has been field. It has been learning to trust my own perception above the noise of the world.
WYRD is the conversation I have been trying to articulate for years.

As I have prepared this offering, I have found myself reflecting as much on my marriage as on my business. Living in alignment has transformed far more than the way I work. It has transformed the quality of intimacy I experience every day. There is a depth of partnership, steadiness and reciprocity that I could never have strategised my way towards. It emerged naturally as my own nervous system became more coherent and my life became organised around truth.
I have come to believe that the quality of our relationships mirrors the quality of our own becoming. Whether you are in long term partnership or calling love into your life, I believe relational intimacy is one of the clearest mirrors of our coherence, and it will become an important thread woven throughout our time together.
At my core, I am a seer, I am a 3/5 Splenic Projector. My spleen speaks once, quietly, in the moment, and I have built both my life and my business by learning to trust it. My third line has ensured that everything I teach has first been lived. It has walked me through enough cycles of trial, dissolution and rebuilding that nothing I offer comes from theory alone. My fifth line continually asks me to translate those lived experiences into something practical, something another woman can embody in her own life. I also carry the Cross of Maya, a design that continually invites me to see beneath appearances and perceive the deeper weave organising reality.
